Documents filed with the Miami-Dade County Government confirm it: Chase is building a new Sapphire Lounge at Miami International Airport. This is official, not rumored - the county paperwork is public record.

Access to Chase Sapphire Lounges requires the Chase Sapphire Reserve - you get unlimited visits for yourself and up to two guests. The program's biggest friction point has always been the kiosk queue during peak arrival waves, and removing that step entirely changes the calculus on how fast you clear customs after a long international flight.
